Dr. O. P. Goel is the CEO of Reach Much Higher Foundation and former Head of Bosch India Foundation, CSR & Skill Development. With over 40 years in corporate leadership, he holds a doctorate in Training & Development and completed his Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore. At Bosch, he led the Bosch Vocational Centre in Bangalore, recognized 54 times by the President of India as the Best Apprenticeship Centre and producing 245 gold medallists. He pioneered the BRIDGE program, skilling over 50,000 underprivileged youth through 725 centres nationwide. He also established the Bosch Sales Training Academy for the Asia-Pacific region and championed “Scale through partnerships,” setting up 25 university and 250 college collaboration centres, training 2,000 skill trainers, and supporting 100 youth entrepreneurs. Under his leadership, Bosch’s skilling initiatives won major awards including the FICCI CSR Award and NHRD CSR Best Practice Award. Dr. Goel has briefed leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on skill development. He serves on the PMKVY Steering Committee, consulted with NSDC, and is on the Governing Board of EDII. Currently, he is also a professor and Program Director at IIM Nagpur.
